Botanical tisanes are drinks made by infusing leaves, flowers, herbs, roots, and spices in water to make tasty beverages.  Some of these tisanes are believed to have health benefits.  Tisanes are delicious when prepared both hot and cold.  Brewing tisanes requires the use of a strainer to catch all the bits of tea.  Enjoy them naturally sweet or add honey to further sweeten.  Add a squeeze of lime to brighten the taste.
