Pour tea from a tea pot into the Vintage Low Red Clay Pitcher (Gong Dao Bei) so that all varying flavors in the tea are distributed equally.

Clay absorbs the flavorful tea leaf oil and seasons the pitcher over time, so it is best to reserve clay for a specific type of tea.

Clay mellows the astringency in green teas. It is ideal for sho and sheng pu'er teas.

Handwash with water only and allow it to dry thoroughly before storing.
